Reminder: DO NOT eat raw cookie dough

All ovens are different so temps and times may vary

The cookie dough is good for 7-10 days in the refrigerator and then must be baked. The dough can be frozen for up to 90 days then must be baked.

Sugar cookie dough is best to work with when it is cool. The cookies can be made several different ways. One is to scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop and place dough on a greased cookie sheet. Then use a coffee cup with regular sugar, cinnamon & sugar or colored sugar on the bottom of the cup and smash the cookie down till it is about ¼ inch thick. Then preheat oven to 350-365 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.

You can also roll the cookie dough out to about ¼ inch thick and cut cookies out with cookie cutters and bake the same way.

Thumbprint cookie dough is best to work with when it is cool. Take small portions of the dough and roll it into a ball the size of a quarter and place on a greased cookie sheet. Then with a lightly floured thumb, press the cookie down. Then preheat oven to 350-365 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. To check the cookies tap the bottom of the pan on the edge of a counter and if all the cookies bounce up from the pan they are done, if not give them a few more minutes. When the cookies are done and cooled down use icing provided and cut the corner off the bag and squeeze portions of icing onto each cookie. You can put food coloring (not provided) in the bag before you cut the corner to color the icing. Squeeze the icing around till it is colored and then cut the corner and squeeze portions of icing on each cookie.

Chocolate chip & gourmet cookie dough is best to work with when it is cool. Take a spoon and dip it in flour and then spoon portions on to a greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350-365 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. (You can also tap the pan on the counter and if all the cookies jump when you tap it they are done if not give them a few more min.)
